Having your personalized River Reach E-mail address allows you to keep it the same even if you change service providers.
It is ISP (Internet Service Provider) independent, and you can set up your message template, if you wish, to show only your name@river-reach.net address.
This service is offered, at no charge, as a courtesy to River Reach owners and residents by the WebSite builder/owner, BAIER Consulting Services. So that the Site can be kept to a manageable size, we ask that mail received at your river-reach.net address be forwarded (specify in your set-up request) to your existing Internet Service Provider (ISP). You will continue to receive E-mail as you do now.

The Islander  is intended to be an information source about the island's happenings. It, no doubt, is a connection to the island for our part-time residents, and year-rounders find it of interest also. Perhaps, it could be made available in a hard-copy format in the future. 
Present set-up provides for each building to have a designated spot with no size limitation. Content is collected and provided by residents from each building. Do you wish to contribute and help make The Islander what it is intended, -- an information source? Please, let us know. Comments and suggestions are most welcome.
